Which rights stay with mission critical Paulie

As between visitors and mission critical Paulie, ownership of pre-existing and independently developed protected material remains with mission critical Paulie or its rightful owner. This includes original authored copy, artwork and visual presentation, software code, and protectable selection and arrangement of curated content. It also includes rights, where applicable, in brand identifiers, unpublished product specifications, and confidential know-how. Access to a page or brief does not assign these rights to a visitor.

Subject to applicable law and third-party rights, the rights to reproduce, adapt, distribute, publish, commercially license, and enforce protection of this material remain reserved. Submitting feedback does not make a visitor a co-owner of the platform. Nothing here creates exclusive ownership of general priorities, KPI facts, business concepts, common methods, or visitor-owned material.

Proprietary material & confidentiality

Unpublished specifications, internal catalogs, implementation details, and know-how may be proprietary. Trade-secret protection depends on the information actually remaining secret, having the required commercial value, and being subject to reasonable protective measures. A notice or email gate alone does not establish that protection. Material disclosed publicly is not made confidential merely by labeling it proprietary.

Do not bypass qualification or feedback requirements to obtain restricted examples, extract protected content in bulk, or remove attached notices. Any confidential disclosure or access to deeper pilot materials should be governed by a separate signed confidentiality or pilot agreement. These public terms do not themselves create an NDA or promise that material released to visitors cannot be copied.

Patents & independent work

This page does not claim that any feature is patented, patent pending, or eligible for patent protection. Patent rights, if any, depend on applicable law and filings; public disclosures can affect those rights. Nothing in these terms prohibits lawful independent development, use of unprotected ideas, or rights that cannot legally be restricted.

Restricted use

Except where applicable law permits, or with prior written permission from mission critical Paulie, do not reproduce, republish, distribute, sell, or commercially exploit proprietary site materials, including to build a competing product. Do not scrape restricted materials, bypass access controls, or misrepresent your identity to obtain access. Keep copyright and proprietary notices attached to downloaded evaluation material.

Information collected

When you request private pilot access, enter Share your take, or qualify for the executive brief, your work email is saved along with the entry source and submission time. This lead record is saved even if you do not complete feedback or generate a brief. Share your take also collects your chosen department, role, company size, up to three priorities you supply, and your feedback about what you want or do not need. Executive brief requests collect your name, work email, company, executive role, teams involved, and challenge; completed briefs are saved with the request.

How lead data is used

Your information is used to qualify and review pilot interest, provide the requested experience, understand business needs, review feedback, and evaluate improvements to the offering. Your contact details may be used to respond to your request or discuss relevant pilot participation. Providing an email is not a purchase, a guarantee of admission, or blanket consent to unrelated promotional messages. Any marketing communication must respect applicable consent and unsubscribe requirements.

Lead records, feedback, and saved brief requests are for private review, not public visitor directories. Email qualification alone does not reveal private team examples; Share your take reveals examples for the submitted team only after feedback saves successfully. Do not submit another person’s email without authorization.

Service providers & AI processing

Lovable Cloud provides hosting, data storage, and access services. To generate an executive brief, your role, selected teams, and challenge are sent through the Lovable AI Gateway to an AI model provider. The brief-generation prompt does not include the separate name, email, or company fields; anything you put in the challenge itself is included. Provider processing is subject to the relevant service terms and privacy practices. Do not include sensitive personal information, passwords, trade secrets, or confidential third-party material in your challenge.

This notice does not promise a particular processing location, provider retention period, or provider training policy. Information may also need to be disclosed where required by law or to address abuse, security incidents, or legal claims. A sale of lead data or unrelated disclosure is not authorized by your request for pilot access.

Retention, security & your requests

Submitted information remains stored unless it is deleted; this site does not currently provide automatic expiration or a self-service deletion tool. Private review is access-controlled, but no online service can guarantee absolute security. Do not use these forms as a confidential document repository.

For access, correction, deletion, or to stop pilot-related contact, send a request through the contact form. Identify the work email you submitted and the request you want handled; do not send credentials. Identity or authority may need to be verified before a request is fulfilled. Applicable law determines your rights, response requirements, and any lawful retention exceptions. Deletion from active records may not immediately remove provider backups.

Ownership of your submissions

You retain any intellectual property rights you hold in your submitted information. You grant mission critical Paulie a nonexclusive permission to store and review your submission, process it to provide the requested brief or feedback experience, and use your feedback to evaluate and improve the offering. This does not transfer ownership of your company’s intellectual property, authorize public attribution or publication of your submission, or create a right to compensation or product ownership. Third-party rights remain intact.

Submit only material you are authorized to share. No confidentiality agreement is formed by submitting a form. If your discussion requires confidentiality, arrange a separate signed agreement before disclosing sensitive information.

Executive briefs & AI guidance

Briefs are AI-generated evaluation material and may be incomplete or inaccurate. Verify recommendations independently; they are not legal, financial, security, or other professional advice. The proprietary notice reserves rights in protected branding and curated site material; it does not guarantee copyright protection for AI-generated text or claim ownership of your inputs.

Permitted brief use & reuse requests

You may retain a legitimately provided brief and share it with authorized colleagues for internal evaluation, with its copyright and proprietary notices intact. This permission does not include public republication, resale, use of the marks to imply endorsement, or a license to protected platform materials. Rights in your own inputs and any legally unprotected output are not restricted by an ownership claim in the download notice. Request written permission for other uses of protected material.

Limits of this notice

This notice is not an NDA, trademark registration, patent filing, or a guarantee against copying. Email qualification alone does not create a confidentiality agreement. The offering is provided as-is for evaluation, without a promise of pilot admission, availability, or business results. Nothing here excludes rights or liabilities that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.

Availability, responsibility & applicable rights

Features, examples, and pilot availability may change or be withdrawn. You are responsible for evaluating the material and deciding whether to act on it. Nothing in these terms overrides mandatory consumer, privacy, or other statutory rights. Any separately signed agreement governs where it conflicts with this notice.

Changes to these terms

Revisions will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. A new notice does not retroactively authorize a materially different use of previously collected personal information; any additional notice or consent required by applicable law must be provided.
